RESUMEN

El texto busca abrir líneas de interpretación sobre la metrópolis contemporánea desde las temáticas de fragmentación urbana y espacios de lo cotidiano. En primer lugar se discute la condición de fragmento como un asunto inherente a la modernidad histórica y su realización urbanística. Luego se caracteriza la fragmentación del espacio público en el marco de la desregulación del mercado del suelo urbano, en especial, se pone énfasis en el caso latinoamericano. El segundo término se plantea una lectura de lo cotidiano, desde la óptica que tanto H. Lefebrve como E. Soja definieron como tercer espacio: Espacios de lo informal, puntos de fuga, que escapan al control de la planeación y del mercado inmobiliario. La tercera parte busca delinear una suerte de puente entre estas nuevas miradas de lo urbano y el ejercicio proyectual del arquitecto. Se discuten las lógicas programáticas y proyectuales desde la fragmentación y los cotidianos de la llamada ‘pos-metropolis'.

 

ABSTRACT

The paper attemps the opening of the interpretation guidelines about the contemporary metropolis from the urban fragmentation subjects and daily spaces. First of all the condition of fragment as an inherent matter of the historic modernity and it urbanistic realization is discussed. Then the division of the public space in the framework of the urban land market deregulation is characterized. Secondly an interpretation of the habitual matters is raised, from the point of view wich not only H. Lefebrve but also E. Soja defined as the third space: informal spaces, vanishing points, that are out of reach of planning and the housing market. The third part is expected to outline some kind of bridge between this new urban-related opinions and the architect proyectual practice. There are discussed the proyectual and programming logics from the fragmentation and the “posmetropolis” daily ones.
