RESUMEN

Se presenta un penetrante análisis del concepto de Patrimonio Cultural y de los posicionamientos de la arquitectura como parte de este patrimonio, abordando además, el desarrollo histórico del concepto, en distintas corrientes de pensamiento, desde sus primeros enunciados, bajo el influjo del concepto de bien histórico – artístico. Esta segunda parte hace referencia a la institucionalidad de patrimonio urbano y arquitectónico en nuestro país, incluyendo un muy útil recuento panorámico de las normativas existentes al respecto.

 

ABSTRACT

The following presents a deep analysis of the concept of Cultural Patrimony and of the positioning of the architecture as part of this patrimony, also approaching, the historical development of the concept, in different currents of thought, from their enunciated first, under the influence of the of historical- artistic patrimony concept. This second part makes reference to the institucionality of urban and architectural patrimony in our country, including a very useful panoramic recount of the normative existent in this respect.
