Resumen:
Las carreteras urbanas llegaron para quedarse. Se plantea incorporarlas orgánicamente al cuerpo urbano actual.En vez de afirmar que las autopistas son contaminantes y destructoras de la vida y del medio urbano, se declara que si se llevan las concesiones y las autopistas a su lógica extrema, el resultado puede ser genial.  Se propone realizar un anteproyecto exploratorio de diseño urbano, en un lugar relevante de conflicto entre las nuevas autopistas y la trama urbana existente. Se espera encontrar algunas claves que permitan mejorar la relación entre la evolución sostenida de la industria de las concesiones viales urbanas y la calidad integral de los espacios de la ciudad. La idea es estudiar su pre factibilidad y la posible aplicación de sus resultados a otros lugares de la ciudad

 

Abstract:
Urban highways have arrived to stay. It is proposed to incorporate them organically to the present urban body. Instead off affirming that the freeways are polluting and destructive off life and urban environment, it is declared that if wee take the concessions and the freeways to their extreme logic, the result could be brilliant. In this respect, it is proposed to make a first exploratory urban design draft, in an excellent place of conflict between the new freeways and the existing urban plot. The devise is to find some keys that allow improving the relations between the maintained evolution of the industry of the urban road concessions and the integral quality of the spaces of the cities. The idea is to study the feasibility and the possible applications of its results to other places of the city.
