RESUMEN

La política, el “arte de vivir juntos” que Epimeteo trae a los hombres, los conduce a establecer la Polis, a pesar del antagonismo nomádico antiurbano y su espíritu de conquista. Surge así la ciudad y la ciudadanía,. El “capitalismo líquido” da vida hoy a un nuevo estado nomádico que alcanza ahora una ubicuidad sistémica global. En este contexto la conformación política del futuro de la Polis esta en riego. Es necesario superar el ocaso de las utopías y encontrar nuevas alternativas y positividad para vivir juntos. Se requiere un compromiso sostenido para recrear y fortalecer la institucionalidad tecno-social de la democracia. Esto implica reinventar la práctica e instrumentalidad del hacer planes y realizarlos. Los planes implican horizontes de esperanza y estos no surgen sin el poder de la utopía. Este a su vez solo nace con la apertura de la mente del actor.

 

ABSTRACT

Epimeteo's Politics, the "art of living together" leads men to the Polis settlement, in spite of the anti-urban nomadic antagonism and its conquere nature. So arise the city and citizenship, the “liquid capitalism” is the current origin of a new nomadic state that reaches a global systemic omnipresence. In this context the political configuration of tomorrow's Polis is in risk. It is necessary to overcome the decline of utopias and the discovery of new alternatives and positiv thinking "to live together". It is required a maintained commitment in order to recreate and strengthen tecno-social democracy. This involves practice and utility re-invention of plan making and carrying out. Plans means hopes views and these wont rise without the power of the utopia. This, in his turn, flows only with the the actor´s mind expantion .
