RESUMEN

En este informe se advierte sobre las limitaciones y precariedad del diagnóstico sobre la situación ambiental en la aglomeración metropolitana de Santiago. Al utilizar como criterio Utilizando sólo sólo el estándar de m2 de áreas verdes por habitante a escala comunal, se posible verificar el déficit de estos equipamientos y se recomienda iniciar un trabajo de análisis sistémico y de construcción tipológica de intervenciones en el medioambiente urbano y su área de influencia. Esto con el fin de implementar en forma más eficiente el Plan Verde que patrocina patrocinado por CONAMA y otras autoridades metropolitanas.
