RESUMEN
El texto discurre sobre la relación entre Arquitectura y Proyecto histórico. El Proyecto Histórico es una construcción mental  y colectiva, capaz de producir un modelo de la realidad. Genera una imagen del mundo cuando este es pensado como arquitectura. Cada proyecto siempre ha sido expresado por distintos programas que lo proveen de sentido. El Proyecto Histórico no puede terminar “ajustándose” a una época o una voluntad supuestamente colectiva y neutral. Su carácter artificial e intencionado lo arroja constantemente hacia una transformación radical de la realidad arquitectónica. En el Proyecto Histórico está contenida toda la arquitectura y no solo una parcialidad.

 

ABSTRACT
The text runs on the relation between Architecture and Historical Project. The historical project is a mental and collective construction, able to produce a model of reality. It generate an image of the world, when this is thought like architecture. Each architectural project always has been expressed by different programs that provide him wit sence. The historical project cannot finish “adjusting” to a time or a collective and supposedly neutral wiil. Its artificial and deliberate character constantly throws it toward a radical transformation of the architectonic reality. In the Historical project al the architecture is contained and not only a partiality.
