RESUMEN

El tercer documento presentado en la revisión antológica Bicentenario es la declaratoria para zona típica del Barrio Cívico. Este documento técnico, elaborado por el Ministerio de Educación, da cuenta de los motivos por los cuales se considera un espacio urbano relevante. Finalmente se identifican los sectores que lo componen y que leyes acogen esta declaratoria.

 

ABSTRACT

The third document presented in the anthological Bicentennial revision is the declaration of Civic Neighborhood as typical area. This technical document, elaborated by the Ministry of Education, gives the reasons for which it is considered an urban outstanding space. Finally the sectors that compose it and that laws welcome this declaration are identified.
