RESUMEN 

Esta investigación se plantea como una reflexión proyectual en torno a los impactos del reajuste económico de un capitalismo avanzado (culturalmente globalizado) en la vida cotidiana y sus particulares formas de producir el llamado espacio posurbano. Esto con el objeto de indagar sobre posibles nuevas maneras de concebir la práctica del urbanismo desde una perspectiva más cercana a las diversas maneras en que la gente vive y percibe los últimos cambios generados en la ciudad de Santiago de Chile, mayoritariamente producto del fin del régimen militar y la nueva apertura económica.

  

ABSTRACT

This research appears as a proyectual reflection around the impacts of the economic readjustment of an advanced capitalism (culturally globalized) in the everyday life and its particular forms to produce the called posturban space. This in order to investigate on possible new ways of conceiving the practice of the urbanism from a perspective nearer to the diverse ways in which the people live and perceive the last changes generated in the city of Santiago of Chile, mainly product of the end of the military regime and the new economic opening.
