Resumen
Se abordan las tendencias proyectuales en el área del diseño urbano, a partir de la recuperación de las infraestructuras urbanas en obsolescencia y su capacidad de reinventarse como nuevos espacios de uso. Estas infraestructuras, usualmente asociadas a fajas ferroviarias, autopistas, causes de agua u otras condiciones geográficas; tienen la virtud de conectar la ciudad a gran escala; sin embargo, también son responsables de aislar y fragmentar diversos territorios que finalmente llegan al desuso y al deterioro. Es desde ahí que se han levantado diversos casos como el High Linede Nueva York, el río CheongGyeCheon de Seúl, o la reconversión del Muro de Berlín. Casos que componen una nueva red de corredores verdes que están cambiando la cara de las ciudades.

Abstract
The present article is about projective tendencies in urban design areas, starting from the recovery of urban infrastructure in obsolescence and its ability to reinvent itself as new areas of use. These infrastructures usually are associated with railway systems, highways, water or other geographical situations.  They are able to connect the city in a large scale, but they are also responsible for the isolating and fragmentation of several territories which finally come to disuse and deterioration. In this scenario have emerged several cases as the High Lines of New York, the Cheong Gye Cheon River in Seoul, or the conversion of the Berlin Wall. These are cases that make up a new network of green corridors which are changing the face of the cities.
