Resumen

Revisión del proyecto de título del autor, a través de una mirada retrospectiva. Se explica la contextualización, realizada a través de la tematización de los principales ejes que circunscriben el ámbito de la obra. La estrategia de intervención implica hundir el edificio sin tensionar su relación con el Parque Bustamante donde se emplaza. Se relatan las posturas ante las diferentes partidas del proyecto, las que comparecen ante el autor luego de 13 años de pasada la realización de la propuesta. A la luz de las actuales discusiones respecto a la ciudad, desde la arquitectura y el urbanismo, los postulados del proyecto cobran relevancia. Se validan las ideas de ejes temáticos, se discute la normativa para fomentar la construcción de espacios subterráneos y se contempla el uso intensivo de cubiertas vegetales.

Abstract

Revised degree examination of the author, through a retrospective. It explains the contextualization conducted through theming the main axis circumscribe the scope of the project. The intervention strategy involves sinking the building without stressing the relationship with Bustamante Park where stands the building. Author's positions are related to the various items of the project, those who appear before the author after 13 years after the implementation of the proposal. According to current discussions regarding the city, from architecture and urbanism, project postulates become relevant. Theming axis are validated, discussed the rules to encourage the construction of underground spaces and provides for intensive green roofs.
